.. a further 46,609 members of the Australian public put their signatures forward in support, sending a very loud and clear message to a bunch of Australian Senators and MPs:

as a consequence of this support and the formidable Terms of Reference submitted, we received an invitation to provide further evidence before the Legal & Constitutional Affairs Reference Committee on 1 February
.. a small group of Co-Authors received 7 days notice to prepare and organise their attendance in Canberra .. we made it on time, prepared
the entire day of testimony from various individuals and organisations was a success, with all those providing evidence unequivocally calling for a Royal Commission

Federal Court GMO proceedings
yes, what about those proceedings
.. Katie Ashby-Koppens and I together with Dr Julian Fidge are still waiting on Her Honour to return what should have been a very straightforward decision refusing Pfizer and Moderna's application to have the case summarily dismissed, because that application, in our view, was always doomed to fail
.. one view on the reason for the delay could be Her Honour knows how much is at stake in this case
.. GMOs being rolled out, and our OGTR not lifting a finger, let alone informing the Australian public what was really going into Australian bodies ..
therefore, Her Honour is taking extra time to write her decision refusing the application, being a decision that cannot be appealed or easily appealed by Pfizer and Moderna
we can only hope this is the case

yes, the piece does drill into the data showing most Australians have thankfully turned their backs on further boosters of this junk
but for mine the article is a most revealing journey for Aussie Joes into the provisional approval documents tabled by the TGA, used to justify the dire need for these poisons
many of the elements Rebekah highlights were similar to those we sought to bring to the attention of the Federal Court then the High Court in the AVN case and then The Australian Babies case
.. point being, as Rebekah so clearly points to, the TGA had bugger all information on every essential issue
safety in pregnancy
use in immunocompromised folk
efficacy against transmission
interaction with other vaccines
long term safety data
.. this list goes on and on and on
and then the bullshit pivot by our public health 'authorities' after this stuff failed to stop transmission or getting Covid, to:
It will save you from severe illness and death
.. when none of the clinical studies actually studied those endpoints - how much they would reduce severe illness or death
.. in other words, Australian 'authorities' made that line up
.. a complete fabrication
.. a lie
the same failures by the TGA in its C19 provisional approval documents for Australian Kids and Babies was provided to our Federal and High Courts as core and central evidence
.. but they turned their backs on all of us
.. we all know those stories now .. stuff for future legal PhD students to properly criticize .. our loss of the Separation of Powers

Fantastic update as always, Julian, one of few reasons to remain optimistic in the face of true despotism. I remain baffled that complete layperson such as myself could have identified a similar set of issues with these jabs (as you point out in Rebekah’s recent article) as early as ~June 21 simply from reading the TGA’s provisional approval and listening to the likes of you speaking about it, and yet millions and millions of supposedly educated, “intelligent”, successful Australians remain not only completely ignorant of the scam, but of who scammed them and why.
