Killing, kidnap, torture, and coercion was legal under the federal and state States of Emergency if done under the auspices of the Departments of Health protocols. This will be an uphill battle.
In the US the liability shield is the PREP Act and Australia its the associated States of Emergency and Health Acts.
in Australia the manufacturers were granted Indemnities .. this means we can still sue them and in the event the Court finds against them, compensation awarded will have to be paid by the Commonwealth government .. as such, the Commonwealth has ever motivation for seeking to rescind/cancel the Indemnities provided .. and that is possible, especially where for instance, manufacturers supplied products with undeclared ingredients Re the synthetic DNA contamination which is an adulteration .. interesting times still ahead

Prof Dr Brigitte König has confirmed that Endotoxin is present in the vials and she and colleagues are working on my suggested approach using MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry after derivatization to determine levels of Endotoxin Lipid A, the supertoxin. Then we will show all TGA measurements were returning False Low results (always redacted) in FOIs from all governments. It is a pity that is "outside scope" in your chosen litigation path. Good luck.

I am not a lawyer, but I was also wondering whether there can be an additional group of 'defendants' to include all 'influencers' who coerced the Australian people into taking the 'safe and effective' jabs. While they did not administer the shots, they subtly forced people to take the Covid injections through clever mind manipulation techniques. I am sure there would be precedents around mind control cases re cults etc. Directly, this could be sports stars, celebrities, politicians, media personalities, and the like. Many of us who were awake early KNEW the Covid injections would be deadly. We did this by questioning and reading the available literature, which was always open source. Meaning, these people could also have availed themselves of this knowledge, but instead vilified those who were screaming about the warnings. Anyway, just a few thoughts ...

Best of luck ! It was pretty clear last year when the court case Peter King (?) was lead barrister for that the judiciary wasn't interested. What struck me was the deference the legal teams showed to the judge, and how quick the judge was to rule most of the litigant's material inadmissible.
If the government is found liable, yes the taxpayer will pay for all of it. If 'pharma' is found liable they will declare bankruptcy and fold or receive government bail outs (again, we will foot the bill).
thank you for finally calling out the system for what we all know is ....nothing less that a global holocaust ....i am on a pension and cannot afford $75k but never the less there are millions of others like my family that want to see this succeed and the instigators brought to justice, if you made this affordable for us pensioners and lower incomes you would gain extra funding , than you would if you set the bar too high

This is my concern too. They need to be held PERSONALLY accountable. This is the only way we can stop it happening again.
