Jules, I’ve been attempting to link with section72.com a number of times in the past several days but I’ve not been able to get to the site. Each time after a minute or so a message comes up stating “…the sever stopped responding.” Do you know if there’s a problem? Best regards.

It's http://section72.au , not .com

Jules, really appreciate your work, and that of a few other 'substackies'.

I've tried to buy you a few coffees but I only have visa, and it keeps getting rejected. I would like to contribute. Are there options?

This is a brilliant initiative to restore justice, transparency and critical thinking to our judiciary and governance. My understanding is that joint Wills are not lawful in Australia. During the Pandemic we tried to deliver to the WA Parliament a "Declaration of My Will" with the individual Will of 606 signatories stating: I the undersigned. ..

No MP would accept it, claiming that it did not comply with the wording for "Petitions". Petitions to both State and Federal Parliaments require the words: We the undersigned.... Many good petitions (in the plural) are simply "finalised" for no rational reason.

Does this mean that each individual citizen should send his or her own formal Declaration of Will to the relevant MP? Thank you Julian and team 🙏🙏🙏

thank you Alexandra,

it is simpler than you are saying

our MPs and Senators are simply required to represent and our views

use Section72.au to tell them you are not happy with this Helen Rofe and want her investigated and possibly kicked off the bench for misbehaviour

Section 72 is for The People, and is the responsibility of MPs and Senator to represent your views and act on your behalf

Our MPs and Senators just have to be informed and know you are unhappy first

Section72.au assists you with informing them

Amazing work Julian and Co. The complaint letter is outstanding and I have now written to my MP about the matter. Keep up the fabulous work, we're behind you!!

I think you are a wonderful human being Jules. Thank you for the exemplary work and dedication to this evil matter. God forbid WHO ever get full charge, otherwise these type of actions would be nulled and voided. Love from Ireland 🇮🇪

Same here in Europe.

The UNELECTED EU Commission rules the roost & they make sure that all important issues are buried in very long impenetrable, hugely bureaucratic cross-referenced, footnoted documents that are clearly designed to discourage people from reading them.

Just watched you with Hoody and John.

Have just written to Senator Antic as a start - a dummy run as it were.

Was shocked to hear Hoody say that you are having to live in a tent.

I note that someone else is asking how they can support you and like me find the cup of coffee idea not useful. It is not for me to share your bank details with anyone else here but I thank you for doing that previously.

I'm a bit baffled on how to use section 72. Each of the Take Action Today options comes up with a button that when you hover your mouse over them shows a hand as if when you click them something will happen but when I click nothing happens. what am I doing wrong or is it my computer disabling it somehow?

Penny, all I can say is Section72.au is proving very odd for some folk's computers, then all of a sudden everything works fine .. the tech team has looked into several queries, but no bugs are apparent at this time .. please return to the site again in a few days and re-try

Thank you very much for ALL that you do Julian.. you have exposed the corruption on 3 occassion's.. you may not have won, but Australian's are now aware of what they are up against.. Big Pharma and Government knew !! The corruption is so in your face, that is undeniable..

I cannot find the thread or who introduced it but someone I follow wrote about the book by John Fleming “Supreme injustice: Guilty until proven not Catholic”. I suspect that this book will provide lots of useful examples of judicial misconduct along the lines of Justice Rofe’s likely being found grossly wrong in her conduct recently if she can be asked to account for her conduct by parliament.

However be prepared to encounter difficulty getting access to the book. When I tried to buy it I was told by Dymocks the book seller that it was only available through Amazon and when I tried reluctantly because I do not like Amazon. I spent a frustrating hour or so trying to buy it only to eventually give up. The Amazon rep apologized for being unable to help. This is not the first time I have encountered this with Amazon. I have come to suspect that Amazon will only sell me the books it is happy for me to have.

I think I have been able to buy it finally through Locke Press but I will believe it when I see it.

I agree with you, but we must be careful to not cause division amongst us common people. Divide and conquer, etc. We must all work against our common enemy. 🙂
